G. A. D. E. Ana Seneviratne is a former Sri Lankan Inspector-General of Police and Sri Lankan High Commissioner to Malaysia.

Educated at the prestigious Royal College Colombo and went to graduate from the University of Ceylon, Peradeniya, with a LLB (Hons) Degree. One of his brothers is General Nalin Seneviratne and the other brother Gamini Seneviratne, former Sri Lanka Ambassador to Thailand and Republic of Korea.

After graduating from University, Seneviratne joined the Ceylon Police Force as a probationary Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP). He was the Superintendent of Police (SP) for the Kegalle District during the 1971 JVP Insurrection.
